A story that we have been writing for over 30 years

We build upon the tradition of Czech textile production, which we proudly develop and transform for the modern world. From patterns created in Letovice to production recognized in many markets – every step is proof of our dedication to quality and precision.

1992

After 27 years, Josef Bula leaves TYLEX a.s. and establishes his own company, Bula – Tailoring.

1995

His son Michal joins the company – the business takes on a family character.

2000

We change the legal form to BULA s.r.o.

2002

Acquisition of the wholesale company GEMA. With a new partner, Mr. Radek Dvořák, we change the company name to Českomoravská textilní L.t.d. Together, we will successfully lead this company for the next 22 years.

2003

We move into our new, own premises.

2005

Creation of the Adwin brand (Advantage for your window).

2010

We open a larger production facility, where we still operate today.

2011

We register the Adwin^® trademark and expand exports to Europe and Asia.

2014

We launch the product website adwin-products.com.

2015

We open our show-room on the occasion of the international trade fair HEIMTEXTIL in Frankfurt am Main.

2022

We establish the British branch EURODIRECT Ltd.

2023

We install our own photovoltaic power plant on the company roof.

2025

We have more than 30 years of experience and a strong position among industry leaders.
